Indian cricketers reach Perth; Rohit Sharma shares video of beautiful location from hotel room | T20 World Cup 2022

Xtra Time Web Desk: The Indian cricket team reached Perth on Friday morning for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022. The players checked in at the Hyatt hotel straight from the airport. Captain Rohit Sharma shared a scenic view from his hotel room on his Instagram story. Arshdeep Singh too posted a picture of the beautiful location around Hyatt hotel in Perth.

India team have travelled to Perth with only 14 players. The Men in Blue will undergo a preparatory camp in the Western Australian state. They will practice at the WACA ground starting from Saturday. Rohit and co will play two practice matches against Western Australia XI on October 10 & 13 respectively.

There is already excitement among the Indians residing in Perth. Big Bash League team Perth Scorchers already has already made arrangements for Indian menu the fans visiting WACA for the practice games.

Following the two practice games in Perth, the Indian team will leave for Brisbane where they will play two warm-up games against Australia and New Zealand on October 17 and 19 respectively.

Rohit and his boys will kick start their T20 World Cup 2022 campaign against arch rivals Pakistan at MCG on October 23.
