2025 four-star WR planning multiple spring visits to Florida

||

Plans for a January meeting between Florida and Pensacola class of 2025 four-star wide receiver Koby Howard never came to fruition, but the blue-chip sophomore is looking to reschedule and then some, according to a 247Sports report.

“I will for sure be (down) for a spring practice and most likely the spring game,” Howard told Swamp247. “No specific dates yet, but I’m sure it will be next month. Plus my 7on7 team has a planned trip there on April 15, so I will be hanging around a lot this spring for sure.”

It won’t be Howard’s first trip to the Swamp. He was in town over the summer for a camp session at UF. He worked with wide receiver coach Keary Colbert and met with the staff, including head coach Billy Napier. It was Napier who extended the offer during that visit.

Things haven’t been perfect for Howard, though. He injured his leg while attending a Miami camp over the summer and missed some of his sophomore year. Still, he bounced back strong and is still considered one of the top recruits in the class of 2025.

247Sports doesn’t have composite rankings yet for Howard’s class, but he sits at No. 76 overall on the site’s independent Top247 rankings. He comes in at No. 17 among wide receivers in the class.
