Could another 2023 commitment be on the horizon for the Nittany Lions?
OFFENSIVE TACKLE TARGET SETS COMMITMENT DATE
Penn State would still like to add another offensive tackle to their 2022 recruiting class. The player they are continuing to pursue is four-star Ohio native Aamil Wagner who has announced his commitment plans.

Wagner will announce his college decision next Thursday, November 11th. The Dayton native will choose between Kentucky, Maryland, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and the Nittany Lions.
Wagner’s recruitment has been one that has been difficult to read. Other than Maryland, each of his five finalists have appeared to lead at one point. He officially visited Penn State in June and returned for an unofficial visit for the White Out victory over Auburn.
With Wagner’s decision date looming Kentucky currently holds his only two crystal ball predictions on 247Sports. While it is far from known who Wagner will pick next Thursday, it does appear the Nittany Lions will be on the outside looking in.
COACHES CHECK IN ON WIDE RECEIVER COMMIT
With the Nittany Lions in Columbus, head coach James Franklin and wide receiver coach Taylor Stubblefield paid a visit to top-100 wide receiver commit Kaden Saunders.

Franklin and Stubblefield were in attendance to watch Saunders and Westerville South pick up a 32-10 playoff victory on Friday night. Saunders put up 114 all-purpose yards in the Wildcat victory.
PENN STATE TRENDING FOR 2023 OFFENSIVE LINEMAN
2023 offensive lineman Joshua Miller could announce a college decision as soon as today. Miller is set to make an announcement today, but it is not clear if that will be him committing or not.
If Miller does announce a college decision today it should bode well for the Nittany Lions. On Monday, a pair of 247Sports crystal balls were logged for Miller in favor of the Nittany Lions. This included Clemson site expert Anna Hickey flipping her crystal ball from the Tigers to the Nittany Lions.
Miller has visited both Clemson and Penn State this fall. Despite witnessing a game that sat offensvie football back a few decades, it appears that his visit to Happy Valley for the Illinois game may have proven to turn the tide in his recruitment and put the Nittany Lions ahead of the Tigers.
