Florida releases Week 7 depth chart ahead of South Carolina game

||

Five players will miss Florida’s Week 7 matchup against South Carolina, according to the depth chart released on Wednesday.

The Gators will be without center Kingsley Eguakun once again but left tackle Austin Barber is back to help anchor the offensive line. Running back Trevor Etienne also returned to the fold after missing the Vanderbilt game.

Freshman wide receiver Andyjean is “out” with a lower-body injury. He caught a pass for two yards on Saturday. Caleb Douglas will also sit after being injured in Week 5 against Kentucky. Thai-Chiakhiao Bowman is also “out.”

Finally, tight end Jonathan Odom has been ruled out, while Dante Zanders remains questionable with a lower-body injury.

The defense isn’t dealing with any injuries nor are there any changes this week worth mentioning. Safety Miguel Mitchell returns to his starting safety spot, but Bryce Thornton has earned the “or” designation and could battle for reps after playing well against Vanderbilt.

Also, Kamryn Waites is listed as Florida’s backup left tackle after playing both positions a week ago. Lyndell Hudson Jr. remains the backup right tackle for now.
