The Ohio State football team is heading to South Bend, Indiana to take on the undefeated, Notre Dame Fighting Irish on primetime television at 7:30 p.m ET Saturday. Last week, the Ohio State offense finally flexed its muscle and destroyed the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers to the tune of 63-10.
The Fighting Irish are coming off a game where they looked a tad subpar against the Central Michigan Chippewas. Notre Dame earned the win with what looks like an impressive score, 41-17, but it only held a 21-14 lead going into the half.
Our friends at BetMGM have posted their odds for the game and the Buckeyes are favored by a slim margin of 3.5 points, with the point total sitting at 54.5 points. Ohio State is currently 1-2 against the spread with the lopsided victory over Western Kentucky being the only ATS win.

The Buckeyes looked great on Saturday and the offense looks to be in rhythm as Ryan Day took the training wheels off of Kyle McCord. This is a game that I have not bet on yet, but I feel much more comfortable laying the points with Ohio State as it came off an impressive and Notre Dame has shown some issues the last few weeks.
As far as attacking the total, both offenses look explosive and both defenses have shown some flaws, which makes that over-bet far more enticing than the under. Again I have not yet bet on this game, but staring at it hard.
