As Ohio State was watching where their players were going to be selected during the NFL draft, a very important recruiting target dropped his final three schools.
California 2024 linebacker Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa will only be considering Notre Dame, USC and the Buckeyes as he hits the home stretch of his recruitment.
Next on tap for the 8th rated linebacker and 103rd overall player are his official visits. Viliamu-Asa has set the dates with each school, Ohio State getting the final visit in late June.
The timing of the visit is what head coach Ryan Day likes to see, with the Buckeyes getting the final crack at impressing the top linebacker.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.”

At the current moment, the 2024 Buckeye recruiting class has one true linebacker in Payton Pierce, with Garrett Stover potentially playing the position as well.
