Only Ellis Brooks Until Penn State Football

Less than 2 weeks to go!

Ellis Brooks started all 9 games for the lines in 2020 as the Mike linebacker, leading the team with 60 tackles. He also logged 5.5 tackles for loss, one sack, and two forced fumbles. Ellis is the kind of linebacker that defensive tackles love, as he’s always right off their hip pocket ready to stuff a gap.

In 2021, Brooks will once again man the Mike position, and will look to be the vocal captain of the defense, using his experience to position the other linebackers and secondary correctly before the snap of the play. The year could be a huge one for him, as he’ll be blanked by Brandon Smith and Curtis Jacobs, a very athletic trio.
