It was another successful weekend on the high school gridiron for future Nittany Lion players
In the first commits in action of the season I apologized in advanced for what would be a lot of praising and staning over Drew Allar this fall. The future Nittany Lion signal caller continued to look elite on Friday night as he went 29-for-47 for a Medina (OH) County record 523 yards with 5 touchdowns in a 38-27 victory over Stow-Munroe Falls.

With the win Allar and Medina are now 4-0 on the season. His 523 yards are a new single game Medina County record. Allar continues to show all of the signs of being the elite quarterback that James Franklin has lacked ruing his time in Happy Valley.
Wide receiver Kaden Saunders made a big impact on the ground on Friday night. In a 41-22 victory for Westerville South (OH), Saunders rushed for 97 yards and a pair of scores for the Wildcats.
It was a huge weekend for future Nittany Lion defensive lineman. Despite a 34-0 loss against St. Peter’s Prep, future Nittany Lion defensive end Ken Talley recorded 10 tackles, 3 tackles for a loss and 2 sacks for Philadelphia’s Northeast High School.
Returning to action for the first time this month after dislocating his elbow Dani Dennis-Sutton showed why he is a five-star talent and one of the best EDGE players in the 2022 cycle. Playing in just half of the game DDS recored 4 TFLs in a 24-7 McDonogh (MD) loss against Calvert Hill.
Down in the state of Florida future Nittany Lion defensive tackle Zane Durant had a big night as Lake Nona captured their first victory of the season. Durant racked up 9 tackles, 4 TFLs, 3 sacks and 2 quarterback hurries in the victory.
Staying in the Sunshine state Kaytron Allen continues to look like a running back who could climb prospect boards this season. In a 52-21 IMG Academy victory over Northwestern (FL) the future Nittany Lion ran for 200 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Coming back to Pennsylvania linebacker Abdul Carter recorded 12 tackles in 13-8 victory for La Salle College High School over fellow future Nittany Lion linebacker Keon Wylie and Imhotep Charter.
In a 20-17 overtime loss for Manheim Township against Harrisburg future Nittany Lion receiver Anthony Ivey had 8 receptions for 51 yards and a pair of scores. He also recorded a pair of tackles on defense.
Potential five-star running back Nick Singleton had yet another 100-yard rushing night for Governor Mifflin in a 56-0 victory over Cocalico to improve to 3-0 on season. Singleton ran for 154 yards and 4 touchdowns in the victory.
