If you didn’t know, former Ohio State football quarterback, CJ Stroud, is a big baseball fan.
The current Houston Texans starter got an opportunity to get back on the diamond on Monday night, as he threw out the first pitch when the Astros hosted the Atlanta Braves. Stroud’s affinity for baseball is well known, as he has said previously that “we (football players) all wanna play baseball.”
Stroud previously got a chance to shine during a charity softball tournament, and has been seen warming up for games with various other sports equipment, but this was much different. The former Buckeye star took the mound, unsurprisingly threw a strike down the middle in his first pitch. Watch his memorable moment below.
