The Chicago Bears have been terrible since 1985. Sure they have had some good years, good teams and great defenses since 1985, but for the most part they have been very underwhelming. The issues with the Chicago Bears over the years have never been about their defense, but rather their lack of a quarterback, and their terrible quarterback drafting. Until they find a good quality quarterback, they will never get over the mountain.
