Arsenal close in on Martin Odegaard signing as Real Madrid star makes choice on future

The north Londoners are surrounding the marking of Odegaard who went through the half of last season in the Emirates.

The Gunners are set to make a conventional proposal for Odegaard after the Norwegian international revealed his desire to leave Madrid with the destination likely to be Arsenal.

Martin is probably not going to get customary game time under Ancelotti and the Norway commander will be ensured minutes added to his repertoire at the Emirates.

It’s not normal that Martin Odegaard will be a piece of the Madrid crew that plays away to La Liga club Alaves on Saturday night.

In the interim, the north Londoners are hoping to make more signings before deadline day on August 31.

A back-up for Leno is additionally needed with Barcelona’s Neto and Newcastle shot plug Freddie Woodman among the possible targets.
