Arsenal and Liverpool lead the chase for Villarreal winger Yeremy Pino. The two PL clubs are keen on signing Spain international, with the Yellow Submarine open to selling him if their €45m demand is met. Pino’s name has popped in the English and Spanish media after possible interest from PL giants.
Yeremy has seen his stature rise in Spain after fantastic displays for La Liga giants, although the winger was the least expected player to garner so much attention. The Spanish giants hoped to raise funds through footballers sales, earmarking names such as Estupinan, Pau Torres and Danjuma to depart for big-money deals.
However, the 19-year-old forward could become that footballer to bring considerable funds to help Villarreal make other moves in the transfer window. The Spanish forward is protected by an €80m release clause, but the Yellow Submarine know that may not be his real market value.
Hence, they were initially open to letting him leave for nearly €60m, which has seemingly been slashed to €45m per the latest reports from Spain. However, in the Spaniard’s case, Arsenal have competition from Liverpool, with the German manager keen on landing winger.
The battle could pick momentum in the next few days as La Liga giants eagerly wait on formal proposals to arrive from either side. For now, both clubs look eager to sign the €45m-rated Spanish attacker, who will likely see the prospect of joining either Arsenal and Liverpool as a massive upgrade to his promising career.
