Benfica have set a £67 million asking price for Arsenal transfer target Darwin Nunez, according to a recent report.
The 22-year-old star has been a key member of the roster this season, featuring in 33 matches across all competitions, and the Uruguayan star has returned impressive 26 goals within that period.
Right now the South American is the top scorer in the Portuguese top-flight, which has led to transfer talk surrounding him from across the continent.
According to Record, As Aguias have placed a £67 million asking price on the player, which was recently increased due to his match-winner versus Ajax in the UEFA Champions League.
This is because the Primeira Liga giants are well aware of the interest surrounding him because of his impressive performances this campaign, with a trio of Premier League teams keeping tabs on his situation.
Mikel Arteta’s side, Newcastle United and Manchester United are all hoping to snap him up this summer, with all three clubs being in the market for a number nine, which is something each outfit needs.
Meanwhile, there are other clubs in Europe also targeting the former Almeria youngster, as AC Milan and Barcelona want to buy him too.
