
Xtra Time Web Desk : Former Team India Captain and current BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has been discharged from Kolkata’s Woodlands Hospital on Friday, December 31. The Prince of Calcutta was admitted to hospital on Monday after he was tested positive for COVID 19 with mild symptoms.
According to sources, although ‘Dada’ is still not COVID negative but has been released on Friday afternoon as his health has improved a lot over the last few days. In spite of being released, the 49 year old would still remain in isolation at his home and would be given steam therapy, as per sources.
Earlier, the BCCI President was kept in supervision of a medical board comprising of Dr Saroj Mondal, Dr Saptarshi Basu and Soutik Panda in Consultation with Dr Devi Shetty and Dr Aftab Khan and had been treated with Monoclonal anti body treatment which is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies: Casirivimab and Imdevimab.
