Xtra Time Web Desk: India captain Virat Kohli finally won a toss at Headingley for the third test against England. Kohi decided to bat first on an unfamiliar Headingley wicket which is lot brown in colour. As far as team news India have decided to go in with the same playing XI that won the second test at Lords. It means Ravichandran Ashwin will once again have to sit out.

England though made two changes. Dawid Malan and Craig Overton has been included in place of Dom Sibley and injured Mark Wood. Haseeb Hameed will be opening the batting for the hosts with Rory Burns. It will be the 22nd opening pair since former England captain Andrew Strauss retired.

Kohli will be keen to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the five match test series. The Indians will be buoyed by the incredible win in the second test at Lord’s.
