Despite Kohli’s outstanding performance, the former RCB skipper’s efforts were in vain as Rajasthan Royals secured a 6-wicket victory. Although the day didn’t end on a high note for Kohli and his fans, a heartwarming Instagram post from RR spinner Yuzvendra Chahal brought some solace.
The day after the intense clash between Rajasthan and Bangalore, Chahal shared a special post for Virat Kohli on his official Instagram handle. Accompanied by a picture with Kohli, Chahal captioned the post with the words ‘You will always be my Virat bhaiya’, expressing his admiration and respect for his teammate.

Virat Kohli even showed his appreciation by liking the post. Yuzvendra Chahal had been a cherished member of the RCB family for 8 years, establishing a strong bond with the former RCB skipper during his tenure. Despite moving to Rajasthan Royals in 2022, Chahal maintained a warm relationship with Kohli, often sharing memorable moments whenever their respective teams, Rajasthan and Bangalore, clashed on the field.
