“Still I haven’t left behind” – MS Dhoni

Xtra Time Web Desk: Good news for Chennai Super Kings fans as MS Dhoni has no intention to retire from IPL anytime soon at least not before the next season. During the post-match presentation ceremony, commentator Harsha Bhogle said to Dhoni. “You can be proud of the legacy you have left behind”

Dhoni immediately responded with a smile. “Well I haven’t left”

The Chennai Super Kings talisman preferred to talk about Kolkata Knight Riders first rather than his own team at the post-match presentation. Dhoni gave credit to KKR for their success and showing in the UAE leg before hailing his own team. It clearly emphasizes of the fact that cricket comes first before anything else.

“Before I start talking about CSK, I feel like it’s important to talk about KKR. The position they were in during the first half of the IPL, it’s very difficult to come back from that and be where they are now.”

Often things go overboard with emotions running high towards the players or teams, but this is just a game. Players are humans just like all of us. So that mutual respect has always got to be there.
