Lotte Kopecky sent Flanders into raptures, and beer glasses flying high into the air as she claimed victory in the Tour of Flanders on Sunday. In doing so Kopecky realised the dream of every Flandrien; to win De Ronde in the Tricolore jersey of the Belgian national champion.

Rewind 24 hours to De Ronde Eve, and we had Kopecky’s Tarmac SL7 sat in front of our camera.

After joining SD Worx at the start of the year, Kopecky has taken no time settling in to her new surroundings having already won Strade Biacnhe and now the Tour of Flanders.
The bike features a sweet paintjob not immediately obvious from TV shots.
The Belgian spring sun does wonders for the two-tone purple and pink with fades to black.
No mistaking who owns this bike. It’s only the woman who saved Belgium’s Flanders.
The team keep Amy Pieters in their thoughts.
50/37 tooth chainrings for the Strade and Flanders champion …
… paired to a 10/33 cassette.
The latex tube is now the almost-universal race transponder mounting solution.
The S-Works Tarmac stem offers integrated head unit mount placement.
Kopecky likes her levers high!
And with a slight inward angle.
The SL7 features semi internal cable routing through the headset but along the outside of the stem.
Zipp, part of the SRAM family, provides the team’s wheels. Kopecky raced on the 303 Firecrest tubulars.
Kopecky raced on S-Works Turbo Hell of the North 28 mm tubular tyres which we measured at 27 mm.
Specialized provides its teams with these neat nozzle-retaining stickers.
Time is another brand under the SRAM umbrella. SD Worx races with the XPRO 15 pedals.
Kopecky races on a Syncros Belcarra TT saddle …
… and slams it all the way back on the rails.
SD Worx races with Zipp components also. Kopecky uses the SL80 handlebars.
No need for the junction box mount with the AXS wireless groupset, or the new 12-speed semi-wireless Di2 for that matter.
170 mm cranks for Kopecky.
Tacx supplies the team’s bidons, cages, and trainers.

Centre of the bottom bracket to centre of the saddle: 70 cm.
Tip of the saddle behind the bottom bracket: 8 cm.

Handlebar setup

Width at the drops: 38 cm
Width at the hoods: 34 cm
Tip of the saddle to centre of the handlebars: 56 cm
Tip of the saddle to the levers: 68.5 cm
Drop from top of the saddle to top of the handlebars: 9 cm
