Motorcycle trials champion Pat Smage goes gravel

Once in a while, we’re given a stark reminder of exactly what is possible on a drop-bar bike. The likes of Danny MacAskill, Chris Akrigg, and Vašek Kolář have all made plenty of viewers feel somewhat inadequate on a bike. Now you can add 11-time US motorcycle trials champion Pat Smage to that list. 

In recent times Smage has spent enough time doing his thing on bicycles to earn a sponsorship from Ibis Cycles. In this short video, a tribute to his late grandparents on whose farm he honed his skills, Smage shows off his skillset on a Hakka MX gravel bike.
